As always, thank you thank you thank you to everyone who’se hosted or come out to this month’s screenings. Expect to see a lot more tasting/screening combinations from us in the future- we’ve found that they’re uber fun and a great way to make a full night out of one event. Huge thanks to Amanda from Volcanic Bottle Shoppe and Sarah from Saraveza for coordinating this month’s tastings! Also, while I’m on a shout-out kick, I was honored to meet one of our Associate Producers at the recent Saraveza screening–Evan, thank you so much for all the support you’ve given us!
We plan on laying low during December and letting the holidays do their thang, and then coming back full force in January–that means that anyone in the Eugene area better come out for our screening on the 30th with Oakshire, because it looks like its going to be our last screening of 2011! While this tasting doesn’t have a tasting the night of, we will be at 16 Tons on the 29th for a Women’s Beer Tasting. Tickets are $7 and are available at both Oakshire and 16 Tons.
On the film festival front, we’re about ready for it to be January–several of the festivals we’ve entered are announcing their official selections in January, and the end of January marks our first potential festival screening. We’re entered in festivals from January to June, and we’ll definitely be keeping you informed as soon as we hear our status. Meanwhile we’re in contact with several beer weeks and there’s rumors of a scattering of Ashland screenings in early January and DVDs in late winter/early spring….stay tuned!
